Deino would tilt her head in confusion as the strange Pokemon fell from above. Being so close to it, she could only make out its head, which would be confused for a baby chick. Rather unfortuntely, this moment of confusion allowed Sewaddle the premtive strike, which came in the form of a flurry of greyish sticky strings."Act fast! Dragon Rage!" Upon command, Deino would open its mouth wide, causing the annoying strings around her mouth to snap rather easily thanks to her jaw strength. After a moment, a purple fiery haze would explode out of her mouth and aim to damage the enemy Pokemon who Shinzu still had yet to identify.

"That was... Easy." Not bothering to even inspecting the downed Sewaddle, Shinzu would rush over to Deino and begin the long process of tearing all the bits of string away from her body. As soon as he finished, the dragon-like Pokemon would dive into the bits of broken off string that lay on the ground, devouring them completely along with chunks of dirt. Though the teen wanted to stop her, he knew full well that things would not be pleasant if he got in her way.

"Well if you get indigestion its your fault." After that comment Shinzu would poke the enemy Pokemon with a stick just to check if it was still conscious, though of course would get no response. "Let's move on." The teen would then head deeper into the forest, Deino meanwhile following with bits of greyish string hanging playfully from her mouth.

Shinzu would raise a eyebrow at the two trainers. These two seemed almost half his age, and yet they already had their Pokemon? Unacceptable. As Deino dashed into the front lines, the teen would grab a secondary Pokeball and hit the button on its front which would cause a Magby to phase into existence. "A double battle right? Alrighty, I accept! But only to prove my awesomeness." A rather noble reason to fight indeed.

Having just been taught the importance of striking first, Shinzu wasted no time in nodding to his Pokemon, which was a sort of signal he had developed with them over the last hour, its purpose being little else other than to tell them to go on a all out offensive. Deino would initiate the fight by planting her feet firmly into the ground before opening her mouth wide, revealing rows of jagged teeth. A moment later a purple fiery haze would explode from Deino's mouth, its target being Nidoran, the seemingly least mobile enemy of the two. Then as if to copy the attack, Magby would drop onto all fours before spitting out some weak embers at the Nidoran, all of which was followed up by a poor excuse of a roar. "...Your not a dragon Magby."

Magby would raise its arm in a poor attempt to protect his eyes as the enemy Pidgey blew a flurry of sand his way. In the end though despite his best efforts, the sand had managed to get into his eyes, along with every nook and cranny it did not belong in. Then, as if to further add insult to injury, both the near blinded Magby and Deino would fall victim to Nidoran's leer, causing them to drop their guard from the overwhelming pressure. "Snap out of it you two and focus!"

As Shinzu's words resonated into the air, Magby would rub his eyelids before forcing them open into a squint. With just about enough vision to make out the enemies figures in the distance, he would spit out more embers, this time aimmed at the Pidgey. Deino meanwhile would stubbornly remain focused on the Nidoran with another Dragon Rage, determined to punish him for not only dodging her last attack, but for having the nerve to use that annoying leer.

Deino would kick it's hind legs into the air playfully at the sight of the unconscious Nidoran, clearly she was showing a lot of satisfaction from downed the Pokemon, however the fight was not finished yet. "Smog!" Magby would unleash a poisonous black fog from its lips, both to damage the lone enemy and also to use it for cover. Due to the earlier sand attack however, Magby's movements were sluggish and he had failed to dodge the tackle which had hit him squarely in the chest. Before Magby would topple over and fall to the ground, Deino would retaliate against Pidgey by stomping the ground before dashing in for one of her own tackle attacks.

Shinzu would give his two Pokemon a pat on the head to signal that they had done well before returning them to their respective Pokeballs. Though Deino had not be injured in the last confrontation, the teen had developed a taste for double battles and so wanted Magby healed up as quickly a possible. Mercifully, after several minutes of traversing through the greenery, he would at last begin to spot signs of life which came in the form of tiny wooden houses clinging onto the treetops.

Following the formation of housing, eventually Shinzu would reach a clearing that contained two familiar looking buildings; the Pokemon center and Market. Making a mad dash for the center, the teen would jump across a rather large and angry-looking queue by faking just how badly Magby had been injured. Once the healing process had been complete, he would make another dash though this time for the exit before yelling something from the top of his lungs upon reaching the grassy stench of the outside world. "Who wants to fight me! I'll take on two of you at the same time!" The last win had not gone to his ego at all.
