Kiko happily sloshed through the ever growing amount of puddles as rain poured over her. A storm had started not long before and she took this as a good sigh. What could be better than her favorite thing happening as she went to get her starter pokemon. She smiled as rain water dripped from her long hair. She pushed her bangs out of her face as she looked at the building up ahead of her. Kiko stared at it for a moment before deciding that it was the lab she was looking for.
When she finally made it to the Lab’s door she stopped and stared at it. She looked down at herself before knocking on the door. Kiko wasn’t sure if they would be alright with her just barging in soaking wet. She knew her mother never liked it when she did.“Anybody here? I get my starter here right?” Kiko waited outside the door for someone to let her in. She really hoped they didn’t mind all the water.

Iouna is worn out and tired from today work. Not only on her research, but also new trainers have been coming in and out all day. Under Iouna eyes are black circles. On her table is a half drinked cup of coffee with an ashtray for her smoking bad smoking habit. Normally, she doesn't smoke, especially inside of the lab. However, under stress and overwork has done this to her. Someone came into the lab and she couldn't help herself but to let out a small sigh. No doubt it is another trainer for her Pokemon.
"Please come in. Just give me a second and I will be right with you." Iouna would let out a loud yawn and stretch out. Iouna couldn't help, but feel like she runs some kind of business and she is the waitress. Iouna would lift up from her and still middle of her yawn. Slowly walk over to what she believes is a new trainer. "Welcome to my lab," said Iouna with obviously tired. "Let me guess, you're a new trainer as well?"

Kiko smiled sheepishly as she stepped inside. ”I’m sorry about all the water. I don’t have an umbrella. She wouldn’t use it even if she did have one. She usually just walked around in the rain. Kiko looked around the lab as she stepped farther in. “Yes I am. I heard you had an Eevee, would it be alright if I had it?” She looked down and noticed the puddle she was making. Most of it came from her dripping long hair. Kiko looked around wondering if there was a mop somewhere. She really didn’t want to cause the woman anymore trouble. She already looked like she had a hard day.

The stress Iouna would get up from her seat and walk over to the shelf which carried some of the Pokemon that are in the lab. Iouna would browse through them and think which one would be best for the young trainer. However, that was only at first she was planning to do. Instead, she wanted to give this trainer a little revenge for coming in when she is this tiredness. True this person really did nothing wrong but come here and gain a Pokemon to on her way. However, Iouna didn't care too much right now and it is a stressful day. If anything, this could be a good test as a trainer for the young girl. Iouna reach up and grabbed an Eevee. "Alright, well this will do then. Its color is different than other Eevees and this one a little trouble maker. However, I am sure it's just a phase." Ha, this little guy gets in a whole lot of trouble. Getting into the Pokefood, stealing other Pokemon food when it had its fill. Hiding important things for Iouna. "Once you dry off there a form you need to fill out on the desk nearby with a starter kit pack on the floor by the shelf near you." If anything this is the perfect chance! Though, the more she thinks about it the more she feels guilty. However, she quickly dismisses the idea for preparing to get this one away from her. ❚ Not knowing
just what trouble she was going to get into, Kiko gladly took the pokeball from the woman. She couldn't wait to get to know it. "I'll try not to drip on your floor much longer." Kiko then did her best to wring out her hair and clothes. When they were not dripping as bad as they were before she shrugged and walked over to where the forms were suppose to be. She carefully filled them out, trying not to smudge the ink with any water. "There we go, all done." Kiko smiled as she finished signing it all. After she got out of there she wouldn't have to worry about bothering anyone with all the water. She picked up the starter kit and all she needed then headed back toward the door. She waved over her shoulder at the tired woman, flicking rain water off her fingers as she did. "Thank you. I hope your day goes better."
