Details: One of the locals like to quiz up and starter trainers to test their knowledge about Pokemon. Get all three questions correct to get the reward! You can only win once, but if you fail you can retake it until you pass.

Belle decided to look for the local that liked to give trainers quizzes, so she thought it was a good idea to see how much she remembered from her academy days. She looked at Canas who was still on her shoulder, "I mean this should be a good idea to do, I mean it could be fun too!" She was award with a happy nod from Canas, the little caterpie could be so cute sometimes.
She quickly decided to see how the egg was doing, didn't seem like there was anything wrong, so she let it sit in the bag as she continued to walk around looking for the person who would quiz her knowledge of pokemon, and she couldn't wait to meet the person that decided it was a good idea. Mostly because--well--it was a good idea, in honesty I don't think I could come up with something like this, I mean it really is a good idea, because it'll give a chance for new trainers to understand what they need to learn about pokemon.... It could help them in the long run.

The quiz master sits at his desk in a wooded chair. Dressed in bright colors to allow him to stand out in a crowd while wearing a long white hat. At the desk he shuffles some cards. He randomly picks up trainers and ask them questions. For those who can give the correct answer he rewards them. The sun is set high for it to be noon, but not a single person has come by to get all of his answers correct. The first one they almost always get it right. The second question half get it wrong, and the third one they can never figure it out. A woman came by who appeared to be looking for him. "Hey you are you ready for a quiz?! Answer all three of them correctly you can win a prize! First off, what are the three main element type of Pokemon? Second, what Pokemon is supposed to have every Pokemon in it DNA? Finally, it protects its eggs and it gets fatter during a certain season for mating purposes. What Pokemon am I referring?"

Belle blinked when she saw the quiz master, he was sitting at a desk, but she could definitely tell it was him, especially when he started to ask his questions. "What are the three main element type of pokemon?" he had asked her straight out, Belle tilted her head in thought, three main element type of pokemon.... fire is one definitely, water is another I suppose....
She was having a bit of trouble remember the last one, was it normal? no that can't be right, normal isn't an element, so it's probably grass.... or was it electric? She decided that quessing wouldn't be that bad for it, "The three main types of pokemon that are elements are.... Fire.... Water and..... Grass?"
She flinched a bit thinking she might have gotten it wrong, but she continued anyways, "what pokemon is suppose to have every pokemon in its DNA?" DNA? That meant it had all other pokemon genetic code, she looked up at the man smiling, "I think I know this one, I remember reading about it, it turns out to be one of my favorite pokemon too, it wouldn't happen to be Mew would it?"
Then it came down to the final question which really gave her a loop, "it protects its eggs and it gets fatter during a certain season for mating purposes. What Pokemon am I referring?" That one had to be the hardest, she had to think for some time what it could've been, and natural she gaved it her best guess, "is it possibly a..... Pelipper?"

The young girl gotten the first answer correctly and the quiz master nodded in approval. Even though it appear to give her a bit of a loop at first. She did it! "You are correct! They are also for most regions standard Pokemon to give out as starters with three evolution line! Congrats!" The second answer he also nodded in approval as it was the correct answer. This one didn't seem to be hard for her and she was able to answer quickly. "Correcto! Congrats!" The last answer it seems this trainer didn't make it. He had to give her a sad face for disapproval. "Sadly, you're are not correct. Seaking, is the correct answer. Would you like to try again and start over?"

Belle smiled as she got the first one right, she thought she would've gotten it wrong, but it turned out be right. The second one was indeed quite easy for her, because of the fact that Mew was one of her favorite pokemon she learned about--she hoped one day she would get to meet the pokemon face to face. Then the last question--unfortunately she had gotten it wrong, she hit head head with a soft punch.
"Oh well, you have to try in order to see what you got right--right?" she asked with a smile, then he asked if she'd like to try again, and she nodded, "of course, I love a good challenge, even if I lost I would definitely try again till I could get it right! Ain't that right Canas?" she asked the little pokemon on her shoulder. Canas nodded gingerly as he looked at the quiz master waiting for the next questions.

The quiz master nod in her reply. "Yes you are correct, sadly I can't score you on that," joked the quiz master. The quiz master then shuffle his deck of cards for a moment not saying a thing. This is a way for him to think of new questions for the trainer. Thinking what questions be good for her that challenging! Finally, the thought up the first question. "The first question, what Pokemon does Officer Jenny uses typically as their partner?" After shuffling some cards he pick one out and show it to her which be the next question. The card read "What Pokemon feelings change with the weather?" Then he shuffle once again and prepare for the final question. Finally, he would tell her the question."It rarely eat anything, and it lives in caves. Also, it can learn roll out attack! What Pokemon is it?"

Belle nodded when the quiz master said he'd let try again and watched as he shuffled his cards, then he asked the first question, "what Pokemon does Officer Jenny uses typically as their partner?" Belle knew the answer to this question, "that would be Growlithe, at least that was the last time I've met an officer Jenny--it's been awhile." She smiled meekly when she said that not too sure if she had gotten the answer right, but she was willing to try.
Belle listened when he asked the second question, "what Pokemon feelings change with the weather?" She nodded thinking on that for a sec, then she snapped her fingers--she remembered seeing a pokemon in her academy days on field day, "oh! That would be cute little Castform! They even take the form of whatever weather it is, for instances on a sunny day it would transform into a fire-type version of itself, it's just an amazing little pokemon!"
She listened to the last question, "it rarely eat anything, and it lives in caves. Also, it can learn roll out attack! What Pokemon is it?" She nodded thinking about it, that was the only question that seemed to dubed her, she never thought of any cave pokemon--in honesty--she was afraid of caves a little bit, but she got over it soon after. She snapped her fingers, "it wouldn't be a Kakuna.... would it?"

Just like before, the girl would get the first two answers correct. Sadly, again the last question was wrong once again. The quiz master still has a bunch of questions to ask if she intents to keep trying her luck for this. However, he gots a feeling it going to be the same result each time. No one can get those last questions correct! "Those last questions keeps getting you huh. I be here all day if you want to keep going again of course.

Belle looked at him and winced when she noticed how she got the last question wrong yet again, I really get those questions wrong, I need to learn more about the pokemon if I'm becoming a Ranger, and I don't know if I should continue on with this if I'm going to keep getting the question wrong....

She wanted to try at least one more time before giving up entirely to continue on with her adventure, and she didn't want to waste this man's time repeatedly when he had other things to do. The quiz master nodded to her and started to think of some questions for her. "Alright, last chance then! Since you stick here to this point even though you kept getting wrong. I shall make these sets of questions base on dark type Pokemon!" The quiz master reaches for his deck of cards and put them up whiles preparing to get ready to leave. It's starting to get dark and almost time for himself eat dinner. He's not here ALL day after all. "What Pokemon is known as the bully of the sea? Number two, carnivorous hunters and will hunt in packs. This Pokemon is also the leader of the pact. Which Pokemon am I referring to? Last question, This Pokemon eats berry's and fruit. This Pokemon is the weakist of all of the dark Pokemon."

Belle thought on the first one, she remembered from her childhood the exact pokemon that was called the "bully of the sea", and she remembered how much of a horrible experience it was to be hit by it's rough skin--she flinched at the very memory, "the bully of the sea happens to be Sharpedo." She actually shivered at the name as she was waiting for the next one to be asked.
The second one asked what pokemon lead a pack of carnivorous pokemon, she had to really think a moment before realizing the answer, "ah my little brother has that pokemon, but the pokemon you speak of is the evolve formed of that pokemon, so I'm going to have to say it is in fact Bisharp that leads the pack, mostly because of it being the evolve form of it.
She listen to the last question, a dark-type pokemon that would eat fruits and berries, but it was the weakest of all pokemon--where had she heard of this pokemon before? She thought about it for a few minutes before snapping her fingers, "Poochyena! They eat fruits and berries, but if I remember correctly it has poor base stat totals, so it is considered to be the weakest of dark pokemon.... Still a fighter in my book though."
