Details: Professor Creep and Professor Iouna has found something interesting, a time warp hole made by the Legendary Pokemon, Celebi. Sadly, Celebi is not there. However, two people had appeared from this hole as it closes up. Large man appears in old style clothing and armor, very flamboyant. He calls himself Keiji and says he is from Ransai region. Another man who has a dark aura around him quickly leaves the area before too much is said. However, Keiji is looking for a fight! To test this era and their style of doing things. Can you defeat him? Please note you need to this quest to be able to do future quests which involves him and the other character.
